The Real Reason Why You’re Struggling With Confrontations

When I was studying at a school of folk dance I realised I needed to set healthy boundaries… I was DONE being a people-pleaser… (and I know you're done with it too)

But you know what? Even if I learned how to set boundaries I still got burned out, I still was struggeling BIG time with confrontations in my life…

NOT because I didn't know how to set boundaries…

NOT because I didn't had contact with my gut feeling or intuition…

No! Sure…All of that is really important, it build's the foundation.

But the REAL reason was because I had not healed my inner “darkness”. I had not healed my inner fears around being ME. My fear of being my true self and inspire others to do the same.

I had not healed my fear that if I am TOO light, I might trigger others ego and “darkness” and get confronted…

Because we women have been carry the burden of being seen as “evil”… Our “feminine light” has been defined as darkness. Our power, our bodies and our emotions have been labeled as harmful and weak.

It's in our blood to fear our own “feminine light”.

…because if we would heal our relationship to our “feminine light” it will be the end of the world as we know it today and a new era would arise. An era where dealing with conflicts is done in a sensitive, kind and soft way with compassion, self-respect and calmness instead of how people are dealing with it today in a defensive way with toughness and aggressiveness.

And you know what? When we heal those things our light can shine untamedly out in the world.

So what did I do to heal my relationship to my "feminine light"?

I started to look at WHY I was feeling like a mess everytime someone acted with their ego against me, projecting their own darkness on me (when I had done nothing to deserve that).

And what i realised was that I was unconsiously attacking myself with all those feelings.

This made it possible for me to take back the control over my emotions, feel empowered to start an inner journey and finally be able to manage confrontations with inner peace in my life. It made me built the framework “5 ways the darkness expands" and “8 unconscious survival strategys” that explains what really happens in people when being in a confrontation.
