On March 8, International Women's Day, I received approval for a start-up grant to launch my business. I saw it as confirmation that I was on the right path, ready to help women on an international level. The name of my program came intuitively in the spring.

A few weeks ago, I met a friend, and we began talking about spiritual guides. Personally, I don’t focus so much on such details because I know I will get the guidance I need by just knowing the guidance will come whenever I need it — and so it always does.

Who my spirit guides are were something I was more focused on as a teenager. But suddenly, I felt a desire to know my current spiritual guides, so I asked her if she could sense who they were. I felt there was some guidance there...

While she tuned in, I stepped outside to start the car heater. It was nearly time for me to head home, and the freezing night welcomed me with a big full moon and stars lighting up my path to the car. When I returned, she was in tears.

My friend told me that I had two strong light beings. Neither of them had a human form. One of them was a goddess—an incredibly introspective, ancient goddess.

She covered herself with layers of veils to the point where her face was not visible - almost like an egg or a seed. However, love radiated from her. Motherly love. She came from the core of the Earth. She is a form of Mother Earth herself, and her name started with "Ca."

I always feel in my heart whether what I read and hear is guidance for me or not. So I immediately began searching for goddesses with the name "Ca." I found a Celtic goddess named Cailleach, who resonated with me, and I started reading about her to absorb the true message she carries.

However, it quickly became clear to me that Cailleach has been portrayed inaccurately in modern times. Our patriarchal ideas have depicted her as frightening, dark, and dangerous.

She is none of that. She is older than all other gods and possesses immense wisdom. She sees the truth for what it is; no one can fool Cailleach into thinking they have good intentions when they don't. She knows when one is guided by 'darkness' and when one is guided by the heart. All she wants is to protect the Earth and everyone living on it from 'darkness'. She wants us to face 'the darkness' for what it is. And one way to shield us from 'the darkness' is through our access to our highly sensitivity. She wants us to go within.

Through our hearts, we know the truth, and it is through our emotions that we can hear guidance. That is what 'Feminine Light' is all about.

What also struck me is that she is misunderstood. Just like you and me.

Throughout history, women have been described as evil or ill as soon as we have turned to our hearts for guidance and seen the truth for what it is. We have been deprived of our inner voice. Our ability to navigate the world through the heart with unconditional love.

The world has demanded that we seek guidance from outside instead. That we should listen to what other people say is the truth.

And we have historically been described as 'sensitive' when the heart has communicated to us… We have been forced to silence the guidance of the heart to avoid death, violence, or loneliness.

My program 'Guardians of Feminine Light' is a shift.

Your heart communicates with you daily through your sensitivity, and now is the time for us highly-sensitive women to rise up and protect it. Your 'Feminine Light' is your birthright.

Do you know what happened when I started reading about Cailleach?

I realized that a celebration in her honor is Imbolc. Imbolc means 'in the womb' and is a Celtic celebration that marks the rebirth of light. The 'Feminine Light'.

Do you know when that celebration is? On my birthday. When I read that, chills ran through my entire body, and I cried rivers. I didn't know this when I came up with the name of my program. But this is a sign confirming that I am building something significant. Something I was born to do.
