I See Too Many Coaches Complaining & Criticizing People In The Industry…

I see too many coaches complaining and criticizing people in the industry, all to position themselves as the authority.

It's not wrong to talk about things that don't work and that hurt people.

I am all about being the voice of the people and standing up against all the bad stuff that happens in our world. That's what I want to support you with!

BUT

Let me tell you a little secret.

How you speak when you do speak up against injustice or bad behavior MATTERS.

Does that criticism I see in my news feed make me trust that person more? No

Do you know why? Because it is spoken from a place of fear of not being recognized as the authority otherwise.

However, true authority comes from speaking from your pure heart with good intentions to everyone involved --- not because you want to build authority.

And it's a BIG difference

And listen, If you are one of them, I don't blame you. You are a good person. You see, you're most probably not even aware of that!

You're just doing what you've been told to

But here's the scope;

You can choose to give criticism from your heart, with love to everyone involved...

OR

You can continue criticizing coaches and the industry for doing things the way you DON'T do it, but the people who will listen to you are not people like me (because people like me can see your true motives...).

If you learn to recognize when you do stuff out of ego, you can consciously deal with the fear and change your wording - and a lot of beautiful results will appear thanks to that shift, such as;

You stop attracting confrontations

You inspire people to change

You heal relationships

You gain real authority

Being professional is all about being aware of your own ego and not letting your fears affect others just because you weren't aware of why you expressed yourself the way you did.

Being aware of your ego, creates trust.
