Guardians Of Feminine Light Community (Alumni ONLY)

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by you (hereinafter referred to as “you,” the “member”) and Evelina Åström (hereinafter referred to as the “mentor” the “Company” or “The Provider”).

Company has agreed to provide services The Guardians Of Feminine Light Community (the “community” the “Services”) to you on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, and you are of the opinion that Company has the proper and necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to you.

THEREFORE the Client and the Company agree as follows:

Services

The Guardians Of Feminine Light Community is a group empowerment membership facilitated by the Mentor.
The intention for the community is to be a supportive and nurturing environment designed to empower members in both their personal and professional lives, while fostering meaningful connections, mutual support, and a shared sense of purpose.

Implementing and Developing Skills: The primary goal of the alumni community is to support individuals in implementing and further developing the skills they acquired during the Guardians Of Feminine Light program. Specifically, the focus is on empowering members to effectively manage confrontations with ease and confidence, while staying true to their personal values and following their heart's guidance.
Social Network for Personal and Professional Development: The community serves as a dynamic platform for both personal and professional development. Additionally, they can tap into the collective wisdom and experiences of their sisters to navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve their goals.
Social Support Network: Beyond professional growth, the alumni community functions as a vital social support network. Members can find encouragement, empathy, and understanding from others who share similar experiences and aspirations. This sense of sisterhood fosters a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to express themselves authentically, seek guidance during difficult times, and celebrate their successes together.
Shared Sense of Identity and Purpose: By bringing together like-minded individuals who have undergone the Guardians Of Feminine Light program, the community cultivates a shared sense of identity and purpose. This shared mission creates a strong sense of belonging and unity among members, reinforcing their dedication to living authentically and making a positive impact in the world.

As part of the Membership subscription, the Member will receive:

Access to 2 Mastermind sessions with the Mentor lasting 60 minutes each.
Membership in a private Facebook group exclusively for Community members.

Membership Duration:

The Membership term shall commence upon the acceptance of this Agreement by the Provider and shall continue on a monthly/yearly basis according to the subscription chosen by the Member (herein referred to as “Commitment Period”). The Client understands all benefits shall expire at the end of the Commitment Period, and will not be carried-over.

Membership Subscription Options:

a. Monthly Subscription: The Member agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee of 495 SEK.

b. Yearly Subscription: The Member agrees to pay an annual subscription fee of 3588 SEK.

Payment

Service Rendered: Services will be provided once payment has been made for the services
Failure to Pay: In the event that the client fails to pay any payments due in accordance with the terms of the Agreement or does not perform its obligations under this Agreement, the Mentor may refuse to continue to provide the Services and may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice. We may also commence proceedings to collect any outstanding debts owed.
Privacy: All payment and personal information will be kept in a secure manner in accordance with United States privacy requirements. Please refer to the Mentor’s Privacy Policy for details on how Client Information will be kept secure.
Payment Authorization: By providing the Mentor with your payment and credit/visa card details, the Client authorizes payment for the full Services. In the event the Client has chosen payments to be made on a recurring basis, the Client hereby authorizes such payments to be deducted by the Mentor until the full payment has been made under the Terms and in accordance with this Agreement.
Payment Intervals: Payments by payment plan are during 30 days intervals, unless otherwise stated.
Default: Failure to make a required payment when due under this Agreement shall constitute a material default under this Agreement
Late Fees: Failure to make a required payment when due under this Agreement will result in reasonable late fee on all outstanding balances not paid by the date or dates agreed by the parties.
Unpaid Charges: To the extent that Client provides Mentor with credit/visa card(s) information for payment on Client’s account, Mentor shall be authorized to charge Client’s credit/visa card(s) for any unpaid charges on the dates agreed.
Payment Plans: If Client uses multiple-payment plans to make payments to Mentor, Mentor shall be authorized to make all charges at the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so.
Chargebacks: Client shall not make any chargebacks to Mentor’s account or cancel the credit/visa card that is provided as security without Mentor’s prior written consent, unless Mentor has made unauthorized charges and Client has notified Mentor in writing.
Collection Fees: Client is responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith. Client shall not change any of the credit/visa card information provided to mentor without notifying Mentor in advance.

Communication

The Company can be communicated to via the private Facebook group, email and during the scheduled Mastermind calls in the Membership. Company will not be available to respond via other channels (ie phone/Facebook Messenger), unless it chooses to.

The Mentor's Responsibility

The Mentor agrees to safely guide and coach the client. The Mentor also agrees to deliver the Services in a professional manner, providing guidance and support to the Client. The Mentor will make reasonable efforts to answer questions, provide feedback and offer support related to the content during the scheduled sessions. The Mentor also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by Client during the sessions, except as required by law.

No Guarantee of Results

Company does not guarantee any results. Company will make reasonable efforts to help the Client with their healing and multiple areas of her life, but it is solely the responsibility of the Client to take action on what they believe is the best strategy for getting to their desired outcome.

You agree that using any of the Services are entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, mentoring, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the Service. The Service is requested at your own choice. Any actions you take, or lack of actions, based on any such opinion is done solely by your choice and responsibility, and is neither the responsibility nor liability of the Company. You take full responsibility for the decisions you make as a result of participating in the Membership, as well as the consequences. You enter into the Mentorship with full understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. It is your responsibility to make your own informed decision about the accuracy of the information discussed or provided throughout the Membership. In no event shall the Company or any Member of the Membership be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

Opinions

You are of the opinion that the Company has the proper and necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide the Services to you. Anything stated by the Company or by any Member of the Membership is to be treated as an opinion. It is at your sole discretion to determine how to use the opinions discussed to dictate your future conflict strategy. Anything stated by any member of the Company or a Guardian Of Feminine Light Community member is to be treated as an opinion. It is at the discretion of the Client to determine how to use the opinions discussed to dictate their healing, and ongoing psychological integration.

Confidentiality

During the course of this Agreement, each party may divulge to the other party sensitive information about each party’s respective businesses, Clients, customers, business relationships, private relationships, suppliers, and other sensitive information that is intended to be kept confidential “Confidential Information.” Any discussion that takes place as a result of the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community is to be kept confidential to protect each member.

Ownership of Materials

Company’s Confidential Information and any and all materials, including video, audio, and written content, shared with you by Company at any time during the term of this Agreement or through providing the Services, or at any other time, whether verbal or written physically or electronically, are the property of the Company. Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or appropriation of any such materials will be subject to applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws. Any authorized reproduction, use, or appropriation of any such materials shall bear the name and ownership credit of the Company, in the sole discretion of the Company.

Release of Liability

The Guardians Of Feminine Light Community is a service that provides support to specific individuals and/or groups to improve their business relationships, private relationships and overall quality of their lives. The Client is aware that the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. The Client understands and acknowledges the Mentor will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the Client may or may not undertake as a result of the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community. No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the Client requesting such services agrees not to hold individuals or Company responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord. The method and process by which this advice and direction are given in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.

You agree that using any of these Services are entirely at your own risk. These services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. This service is requested at the Client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the Client of such advice is done solely by choice and responsibility of the Client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of the Company. The Client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being coached as well as the consequences. The Client enters into the mentorship with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information discussed or provided throughout the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community Membership. In no event shall the Company or any individual in the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.

Issues

If the Mentor ever says something that upsets the client or doesn't feel right, it is important to address it with the Mentor as soon as possible. The Mentor promises to do their utmost to listen to the client's needs and attempt to address them in order to resolve the problem under reasonable circumstances.

Non-Disparagement

In the event that a dispute arises between the Parties, the Parties agree and accept that the only venue for resolving such a dispute shall be in the venue set forth herein below. The parties agree that they neither will engage in any conduct or communications with a third party, public or private, designed to disparage the other. The Parties agree that neither will directly or indirectly, in any capacity or manner, make, express, transmit speak, write, verbalize or otherwise communicate in any way (or cause, further, assist, solicit, encourage, support or participate in any of the foregoing), any remark, comment, message, information, declaration, communication or other statement of any kind, whether verbal, in writing, electronically transferred or otherwise, that might reasonably be construed to be derogatory or critical of, or negative toward, each other or any of its programs, members, owner directors, officers, Affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or representatives.

Terminations & Refunds:

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Member shall not be entitled to a refund for any portion of the subscription fee already paid. The client acknowledges that all coaching fees are non-refundable.

Termination of Contract

1. The Mentor reserves the right to terminate this agreement with any Client under the following circumstances:

a) Incompatibility with the Community: If, at any point during the Membership, the Mentor determines that the Client's current life situation or needs are not aligned with the objectives and focus of the Community, the Mentor may terminate the contract with the Client. In such cases, the Mentor will make reasonable efforts to discuss the matter with the Client before proceeding with termination.

b) Attitude and Conduct: The Mentor aims to create a positive and supportive environment within the Community. If the Mentor finds that a Client's attitude, behavior, or interactions are negatively impacting the experience of other group members, and attempts to address the issue through communication and coaching have proven ineffective, the Mentor reserves the right to terminate the contract with the Client.

In the event of a termination, the Mentor will provide a written notice of termination to the Client, indicating the reasons for the termination and the effective date of termination.

Upon termination, the Client shall be entitled to a partial refund based on the unused portion of the payed Membership. The refund amount shall be calculated by determining the number of remaining Masterminds or the remaining duration of the Membership at the time of termination and multiplying it by the rate per each Mastermind or rate per week as initially agreed upon in the agreement. The Client will pay a 30% administration fee.

The Mentor shall process the partial refund within 14 days from the effective date of termination.

Any additional materials, resources, or benefits provided to the Client as part of the Membership shall be the sole property of the Mentor, and the Client shall not be entitled to retain or use them upon termination.

The Mentor shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any consequences or damages arising from the termination of the contract under the aforementioned circumstances.

Choice of Law

This Agreement and the performance under this Agreement and all suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Sweden.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, and its agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses of any nature arising from this Agreement or your participation in the Guardians Of Feminine Light Community.
